Wedding Plan
Whether a twilight ceremony on the water, a Parisian-inspired
reception, or an elegant afternoon garden party, your wedding
should be a reflection of your own unique style. Incorporating
that style into your budget can be a delicate balancing act. Celebration
Style helps you do just that with our Wedding Plan package, which
is comprised of a free initial consultation plus a written wedding
plan:
• FREE Initial Consultation -- Celebration Style will meet
with you to gather ideas about your wedding and to create a list
of needs and potential ideas. This meeting will be a brainstorming
session where Celebration Style will present you with numerous
ideas and helpful hints about planning your wedding.
• Celebration Style will then provide a written, customized
wedding plan for you based upon your needs and wishes. The wedding
plan will consist of a preliminary budget paired with detailed
information about your wedding ceremony and reception, including
ideas and suggestions for venues, rentals, save-the-date cards
and invitations, music, flowers, food and beverages, transportation,
favors, attire, traditions, and any other items that would help
make your wedding day special.

Complete Wedding
Imagine every detail of your wedding effortlessly falling into
place. From ordering invitations to sampling cakes to adjusting
your veil just before you walk down the aisle, Celebration Style
will be there for you every step of the way with our Complete
Wedding package, which encompasses all aspects of planning your
wedding:
• FREE Initial Consultation -- Celebration Style will meet
with you to gather ideas about your wedding and to create a list
of needs and potential ideas. This meeting will be a brainstorming
session where Celebration Style will present you with numerous
ideas and helpful hints about planning your wedding.
• Celebration Style will then provide a written, customized
wedding plan for you based upon your needs and wishes. The wedding
plan will consist of a preliminary budget paired with detailed
information about your wedding ceremony and reception, including

• Once you have approved the wedding plan, Celebration Style
will procure vendors and/or make vendor appointments for you and
accompany you to assist in the selection of all vendors and locations.
• In the months leading up to your wedding, Celebration
Style will be in contact with you regularly to discuss wedding
details and to develop a timeline for your event.
• Celebration Style will be on hand throughout your wedding
ceremony and reception to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Celebration Style will also manage the wedding rehearsal for you
and your bridal party.

Coordinator
You've always dreamed of planning your own wedding -- smelling
every flower in search of the perfect scent, hunting down the
best caterer in town, and addressing invitations with your bridal
party. But you'd like to leave the details to someone else on
the big day so that you can prepare for your wedding without the
hassle of six calls from the reception hall and a receiving clerk
who's misplaced the throw-away bouquet. That's where Celebration
Style comes in. Imagine yourself rested and relaxed on the morning
of your wedding day as we manage your ceremony and reception with
our Coordinator package, which includes hands-on coordination
for your wedding day and wedding rehearsal, plus a 2-6 week confirmation
stage immediately prior to your wedding:
• Celebration Style will meet with you 2-6 weeks before
your wedding to gather all of the planned vendor and location
information. Celebration Style will then check in with all of
your vendors and locations to ensure that everything is going
as planned, handling all of the final details.
• Celebration Style will create a timeline for your wedding
day and be on hand throughout your wedding ceremony and reception
to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Celebration Style will
also manage the wedding rehearsal for you and your bridal party.
** Our Coordinator package can be contracted at any time prior
to your wedding, with the actual services beginning 2-6 weeks
before your wedding.
