graduations, anniversaries, bridal and baby showers, religious
events, retirements, family reunions, holidays, office parties,
awards dinners, team celebrations, dinner parties... whatever
cause you have for gathering a group of people together.

Party Plan
A simple party can be turned into a spectacular celebration with
a little advance planning. Celebration Style will help you do
just that by creating a theme for your party that is reflected
in every part of it. From the invitations to the food to the activities,
Celebration Style will help you create a fantastic plan for your
party with our Party Plan package, which is comprised of a free
initial consultation plus a written party plan:
• FREE Initial Consultation -- Celebration Style will meet
with you to gather ideas about your party and to create a list
of needs and potential ideas. This meeting will be a brainstorming
session where Celebration Style will present you with numerous
ideas and helpful hints about planning your party.
• Celebration Style will then provide a written, customized
party plan for you based upon your needs and wishes. The party
plan will consist of a preliminary budget paired with detailed
information about your party, including ideas and suggestions
for invitations, locations, decorations, food and beverages, music,
entertainment, games and activities, favors, and any other items
that might be required for your particular party.

Complete Party
Unique parties for every occasion are our specialty. Whether
you want to host a backyard luau, a tea party, or a family reunion,
Celebration Style will help you plan a party that will create
memories to last a lifetime with our Complete Party package, which
encompasses all aspects of planning your party:
• FREE Initial Consultation -- Celebration Style will meet
with you to gather ideas about your proposed party and to create
a list of potential party themes and ideas. This meeting will
be a brainstorming session where Celebration Style will present
you with numerous ideas and helpful hints about planning your
party.
• Celebration Style will then provide a written, customized
party plan for you based upon your needs and wishes. The party
plan will consist of a preliminary budget paired with detailed
information about your party, including ideas and suggestions
for invitations, locations, decorations, food and beverages, music,
entertainment, games and activities, favors, and any other items
that might be required for your particular party.
• Once you have approved the party plan, Celebration Style
will procure vendors and/or make vendor appointments for you and
accompany you to assist in the selection of all vendors and locations.
• In the weeks or months leading up to your event, Celebration
Style will be in contact with you regularly to discuss party details.
• Celebration Style will also create a timeline for your
party and be on hand before, during, and after your party to ensure
that everything runs smoothly.

Coordinator
Are you the kind of person who loves planning parties but always
ends up too busy to enjoy them? Celebration Style has the solution
for you. We'll take over on the day of your party and make sure
everything runs smoothly with our Coordinator package, which includes
complete coordination of your party from set-up to clean-up:
• Celebration Style will meet with you 2-6 weeks before
your party for a preliminary outline of the details. Celebration
Style will then check in with all of your vendors and locations
to ensure that everything is going as planned, handling all of
the final details.
• Celebration Style will then coordinate your entire party
from beginning to end, overseeing the set-up, decor, food, games,
entertainment, and more, while you sit back and enjoy the great
party you've created.
** Our Coordinator package can be contracted at any time
prior to your event, with the actual services beginning 2-6 weeks
before your event.
