three event planning packages, or we can customize our services

These packages apply to any public or private event -- conventions,
fundraisers, team-building workshops, walking tours, public speaking
events, festivals, concerts -- whatever you or your company may
need.

Event Plan
Need to raise money for your nonprofit agency but you have no
idea how? Is your boss demanding "something new" for
the annual executive outing? Celebration Style can give you a
great start on your event plans with our Event Plan package, which
is comprised of a free initial consultation plus a written event
plan:
• FREE Initial Consultation -- Celebration Style will meet
with you to gather ideas about your proposed event and to create
a list of needs and potential event themes and ideas. This meeting
will be a brainstorming session where Celebration Style will present
you with numerous ideas and helpful hints about planning your
event.
• Celebration Style will then provide a written, customized
event plan for you based upon your needs and wishes. The event
plan will consist of a preliminary budget paired with detailed
information about your event, including ideas and suggestions
for invitations and/or marketing materials, locations, rentals,
food and beverages, entertainment, games and activities, transportation,
licensing, service personnel, and any other items that might be
required for your particular event.

Complete Event
Details, details, details. It takes great organization to pull
off a great event, and Celebration Style will handle every detail
of your event with style with our Complete Event package, which
encompasses all aspects of planning your event:
• FREE Initial Consultation -- Celebration Style will meet
with you to gather ideas about your proposed event and to create
a list of potential event themes and ideas. This meeting will
be a brainstorming session where Celebration Style will present
you with numerous ideas and helpful hints about planning your
event.
• Celebration Style will then provide a written, customized
event plan for you based upon your needs and wishes. The event
plan will consist of a preliminary budget paired with detailed
information about your event, including ideas and suggestions
for invitations and/or marketing materials, locations, rentals,
food and beverages, entertainment, games and activities, transportation,
licensing, service personnel, and any other items that might be

• Once you have approved the event plan, Celebration Style
will procure vendors and/or make vendor appointments for you and
accompany you to assist in the selection of all vendors and locations.
• In the weeks or months leading up to your event, Celebration
Style will be in contact with you regularly to discuss event details.
• Celebration Style will also create a timeline for your
event and be on hand before, during, and after your event to ensure
that everything runs smoothly.

Coordinator
You thought that your event plans were complete, and that you'd
covered all the bases, but as the day of your event gets closer
and closer, you realize that you really need someone to step in
and coordinate all of your vendors and suppliers so that nothing
goes wrong on the big day. Let Celebration Style do just that
with our Coordinator package, which includes hands-on coordination
for the duration of your event, plus a 2-6 week confirmation stage
immediately prior to your event:
• Celebration Style will meet with you 2-6 weeks before
your event to gather all of the planned vendor and location information.
Celebration Style will then check in with all of your vendors
and locations to ensure that everything is going as planned.
• Celebration Style will create a timeline for your event
and be on hand before, during, and after your event to ensure
that everything runs smoothly.
** Our Coordinator package can be contracted at any time prior
to your event, with the actual services beginning 2-6 weeks before
your event.
